That's a tough call I was personally raised that the man ask the girl or woman if a guy is interested he'll find a way to let you know. some ways are staring at you. flirting,aggrovating or picking on. if you come to him it could be desperate or it could be just easy you don't want them titles so id recommend waiting till your sure
he does stare but seems shy and today i finally asked how he liked his job he asked how i like mine and i was walking so i couldn't stop and keep talking or that would look obvious but at least i broke the ice and he stared again but he could be married or not interested.
