Any bad bump should be checked out by your doctor or even a clinic. Concusion can occur or even blood clots (not trying to scare you) and unless your son is complaining of dizziness, feeling sick to his stomach then he's probably fine. To put your own mind at rest please see the doctor. Good luck Marcy Yes, check it out. My daughter has a bump on her head on her corner of her forhead, and it mishaped her head. The Dr. just says its calcium buildup and she can get it 'shaved' off later. What a joke. This was an accident at the pool, a kid pushed her into the cement side of the pool. Over the years, this thing grew. I would have sued if I would have known better so she CAN afford to get it 'shaved', gruesome. Ridiculous, and caused my daughter nothing but grief over her childhood. VW

∙ 16y agoOften when children bump their heads they end up with a lump . However if this does not go away fairly quickly I would see a doctor just to be on the safe side.
