Ummm, I don't think there IS one, but if there is a cheat for something like that, it's probably not rosebud. Sorry, I hope this sorta helped!
Answer: open cheat box ( Ctrl+Shift+c ) write boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true and shift click the Sim. look for *Set Aspiration. and chose the one you want. If you want it at max press more and then Max. You can also change their want things (Wealth Family Romance...) by doing that
