Probably because of your birthdate? You have to be of a certain age (I think 18) to sign up with Zwinky. So you'll either have to lie about your age, or get an account on zwinky cuties if you want to register.
Why do people like Zwinky?
Zwinky World is a fun experience in which people can talk to other people. I happen to be addicted to Zwinky. In Zwinky World you can do anything from wardrobe and bedroom to making up fun stuff to do. You should try it sometime, but don't get addicted like me.
