this product is applied just like a relaxer but is a double process and has a few steps of appliance.

Phase 1: is applied jus like a relaxer would be it also straightens the hair the same as you would with a relaxer

Phaes 2: changes the shape of the hair to curls after being wrapped with rods to determine the size of the curl it is applied to each rod and may have to be applied several times so that the hair doesnt dry out

and Phase 3. locks the shape of the curl so it doesnt go back to its original state this is also the neutraliser which brings the hair close back to its normal ph.
