One thing that couldbe wrong is if your car came with a factory amp and the insaller did not use the remote turn on the amp will not turn on and you will not get any sound.

if you purchased warranty then you will be able to receive new speakers for free, if not, then you should ask a technician to check it out for you and if it is unfixable then there isn't much you can do except buy new speakers and be sure to purchase warranty this time.


If you put new speakers in your T&C and they are not exact replacement speakers, The installer should have bypassed the processing unit for your infinity system and ran the wires directly to the speakers. Each speaker in the Infinity system has it's own amp and is activated through the processing unit that is located under the dash on the drivers side of the car. If he didn't do this bypass then you are not getting the proper connection to the new speakers and they will not work properly.
