You aren’t charged by the hour or even by the difficulty of your question, you pay based on your level of satisfaction. If you receive exceptional service and are more than satisfied with your answer, you can leave your Expert a positive rating or add a bonus.

HOWEVER, if you are not fully satisfied with the answer or the Expert did not address your follow-up questions, you do not have to pay a single dime. {SITE_SHORT_TITLE} developed our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy because we believe you deserve only the highest quality answers, customized to your specific needs. If our service does not follow through with that guarantee, you should not have to pay.
