Kabaddi - This is a fast moving sport played outdoors or indoors. When played at adult level it is like a cross between tag and wrestling.
In brief there are two teams. The defending team has 4 players on the pitch which is divided into two equal sections. The other team have one person on the other side of the pitch. This person is a raider. The raider enters the defenders side and tries to touch a defender and get back to his own side without being stopped. He has 30 seconds to do this. The defender who is touched by the raider will try and catch him and hold him to stop him getting back to his own side.
