I am so sorry to hear about your wee Rosie having problems. This does not sound good and it could be anything from 'dead blood' (which is black) and fresh blood (is red) or she could have a twisted bowel. She must be running a fever and extremely dehydrated and it's VERY important you get her into the vets now. When it comes to our pets 'how far is far.' Ask someone to get you there as soon as possible.
