You should tie something (like a tournequet, strip of fabric etc... ) around your ankle tightly, to help stop bloodflow. Elevate your food as much as possible. Get someone else to check for remaining glass in your foot, then get them to press tightly over the areas of bleeding with tissues, kitchen roll, clean teatowels... whatever you can find. Pressing tightly instead of 'dabbing' will help stop the bloodflow and aid clotting. Decide whether you should go to A&E. If not, wait until foot clots then bandage tightly with thick layers of gause on any patches that have bled. Try not to weight-bare on foot for a day or so.
