Your universal joint could be going bad. Or your secondary gear box output shaft bearing is going bad. I would pull the rear wheel and then take off the rear end pumpkin 3 bolts that attach to the swing arm. Then slip your drivshaft out of the swing arm and inspect the universal joint. If its not bad check the rear end and make sure the front bearing the driveshaft plugs into is good. If both of those are okay your secondary gear box is failing. If it still turns it can be rebuilt.
