Vertigo is dizziness that can occur often times as an indication of sinus problems. It can often be brought on during a cold or flu. If the problem is frequent seek medical attention.
The severity of cases varies. Some patients may experience nausea and vomiting even with the slightest head movement, whereas some patients may be minimally bothered by the dizziness.
Vertigo is not listed as one of the side effects but you can or should consult with your doctor as to the cause which could be associated with the MAP.
