Hard to say. If the TV is a Westinghouse I know they had a bunch of TVs that had this problem. It wasn't fixable. You had to unplug the TV from the wall, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in to reset it. It would be good for awhile and then happen again. They recalled those TVs. Otherwise you will need to get a tech into your home to take a look at it.

If the picture has lower resolution than the screen, it stretches the picture to fit the screen. The screen resolution is 320x240, to check a picture resolution go options > view details.
Look on the remote for a button labeled "FORMAT or P SIZE" or even "RATIO". Pushing this button will cycle the tv through different screen sizes.

If the picture you find is the same dimensions as your screen it shouldn't be blurry or pixelated. For example, if you have a 1920x1080 screen resolution and you look up a 1920x1080 picture, it will not be blurry. If it is, the picture is too small or your personalization settings are incorrect.

Yes, but the picture will be correspondingly small. The farther away the projector is from the screen, the bigger the picture will be.
