I was a Foreman on an Industrial Paint Line Process. Each piece gets washed with special chemical baths and there seemed to be a green dust on the parts that had been washed. The company new that I didn't have the answer to the problem so they called in the experts. None of these supposedly called Experts could find that problem either.
One day I was walking through the Paint Department and a piece brushed against a white T Shirt I was wearing and I saw this green dust up close and personal. I knew right away what it was and fixed the problem, but kept it to myself. It wasn't long before the Inspection Department found out that the problem had been resolved and they came running to see what I had done. Talk about a moment of Glory, what a feeling to have succeeded in solving this problem and with the feeling of Glory, came a $.75 cent raise. Everyone had given up including me, until I found that stuff on my T-Shirt. Probably that was one of the biggest highlights of my Painting Career.
