Well these are the caracteristics of a living organism and not the senses like I've found on other answers but they are, the environement, growth, reproduction, wastes and energy.

examples of each:

environement: adaption, ex: the raccoon lives juring the night and the deer juring the day.

growth: a plant grows out from the seed

reproduction: Cow has a calf, watermelon has seeds

wastes: humans produce gas such as carbon dioxyde and produce other wastes such as urine.

energy: animals receive the energy they need by eating food
