Advantages of Chemical Fertilizers:-

We need more food to feed increased population. This is only possible through high yielding varieties of food grains and other food materials like Oilseeds, Sugar, Fruits etc. All these things need nutrition through roots - from soil. These nutritions in large quantity can only be fortified to soil through use of Chemical fertilizers. Organic - manuring is just not possible because of many limitations.

Disadvantages of Chemical Fertilizers:- Excess or uncontrolled use can spoil the soil properties, Osmotic pressure, pH, Conductivity and water holding capacity. It may also affect adversely on population of microorganisms and other parameters.it can also damage water resources

Disadvantages can include water pollution from runoff, soil degradation from overuse, and negative impacts on beneficial soil organisms. Additionally, dependence on fertilizers can lead to reduced resilience in plants and ecosystems.

What are the examples of chemical fertilizers?

Examples of chemical fertilizers include ammonium nitrate, urea, and superphosphate. These fertilizers are synthetically produced and typically provide essential nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium to plants for their growth and development.

What are advantages and disadvantages of acids and bases?

The question is without sense; depending of our scopes they have advantages or disadvantages.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of writing a chemical equation with chemical symbols and formulas instead of just words?

Advantages: Using chemical symbols and formulas provides precise and unambiguous information about the reactants and products involved in a chemical reaction. It allows for easy identification of elements and compounds present. Disadvantages: It can be difficult to understand for those not familiar with chemical notation. Additionally, writing chemical equations with symbols and formulas may be more time-consuming than using words, especially for complex reactions.

What are advantges of manure using on the fertilizers?

Using manure as a fertilizer has several advantages. It provides a natural source of essential nutrients for plants, improves soil structure and water retention, and reduces the need for chemical fertilizers.
