The civilization was the earliest civilization in the world?

Answer:
It is the Sumerian civilization, it appeared 9000 years ago. Because spelt grew on the banks of the Tigris and the Euphrates river, humans became sedentary. They began to cultivate these lands and invent new farming techniques. After that they invented writing and Architecture. Later, they began to build big cities.

Sumerian's homes were in the region of the fertile crescent and they invented the first type of writing, as is said above... The writing system was called Cuneiform. If anyone has any other questions, I would be glad to put more info on here.
