The coolant is mixing with the engine oil even after the engine head gasket is changed what might be the problem?

[Edit]

Answer

Now you have a problem. Did you check the head for cracks? Is it the same head? Is the block cracked? Do you have any white smoke at the exhaust? Try a pressure check on the cooling system to try and see where the damage is. Did the engine overheat?
