The Arikaree River where it flows from Colorado into Kansas has an elevation of 3,315 feet above sea level. Therefore the lowest point in Colorado is still 102 fee taller then the highest point in Pennsylvania.
The second-highest low point is where the Belle Fourche River flows out of Wyoming into South Dakota at 3,099 feet above sea level for Wyoming's lowest point.
