the Netherlands are actually one big river delta. To say more, there are no mountains at all in the Netherlands, unless you want to be so broad minded to call the highest point in Zuid-Limburg (a bit more than 110 metres above sea level) a mountain

^^^That answer is wrong! Im doing a history project on the Netherlands or Holland which ever you perfer. The Alps run through there, but the highest point is actually Vaaslerburg(which is about 322 miles high)! I live about 7 hours from holland! I would know. Hope i helped ( :I live in Holland, it is as flat as a pancake, and mostly under sea level.

The Highest Point - Vaalserberg is 322 meters above sea level at the border with Germany.

Nederland, or in English known as The Netherlands is a flat country. They don't have mountains. The highest 'hill' in the Netherlands is the "Vaalserberg". That hill is 322,7 metres high. Another famous hill in the Netherlands is the "Sint-Pietersberg" (171 metres high), even though there are higher hills. This is the top 3:

1. Vaalserberg (322,7 metres high)

2. Eschberg (309 metres high)
3. Vijlenerbos (301 metres high)

Is the Netherlands mountainous?

That depends on your definition of 'mountain'. The Netherlands are mostly flatland with some hills (up to 320m) in the south. Belgium is also mostly flat, but is quite hilly in the southeast near Luxembourg. Still, the highest peak is less than 700m above sea level.
