I'm not sure who is current owner of ex-hotel Jadran in Tucepi, but what I've seen on Croatian national TV few months ago was a reportage about that very hotel.
It was built in early 1950s and it was (as far as I remember) first newly built hotel after 2nd World War in communist Yugoslavia. Workforce used to build it were war prisoners. No luxury there, as communism had different vision of luxury (if you research it :) ).
Anyway, I'd be interested to see your photos that you took, if you can. Thanks.
