NO! Call they child support agency and find out why he stopped it and actually I don't think he can. Unless you have joint custody and placement he has to pay that is every states law. But do not use him not paying child support to withold your child you can be held in contempt of court. Those are two separate issues.
That is right, He cannot just stop paying. and I agree, do not use money to withold your child from seeing him. It will only hurt your child and then come back on you.
Only by a court. If visitation is not granted to the other parent the police may get involved and only care what the divorce decree or custody papers say, not whether or not child support has been paid. In order to settle child support issues you must bring the issue to the power of attorney.
custodial parent should take it to court. if the custodial parent keeps the child away from the non custodial parent then the custodial parent could do jail time
A modification can be requested to account for long distance visitation. See related links.

Child support needs to be decided on by the court. In most cases, the noncustodial parent is responsible for something. If the custodial parent makes considerably more than the noncustodial parent, monies many not even be exchanged. To resolve this issue, it is best to file papers at your court house.
