The best thing you can do is phone the TV Station that has 'Always & Forever' and ask for Director. Garren Keith. They will usually be happy to tell you the information you are looking for.
10 years ago I had my Silver Wedding Anniversary and there was a song on 'All My Children' that I'd never heard before and I really wanted to play it on our special day. I phoned the TV network and asked for the director (in New York) and was shocked he actually phoned me and not only was a great guy to tell me about the title of the song, but also who sang it and even sent me the tape of the song! I ended up sending him a large box of Canadian Smoked Salmon, etc., showing my appreciation. Two days later I was shocked to receive a personal phone call from the director with thanks and the cast were all over him trying to get a taste of that smoked salmon! LOL
So, give the TV station a phone call and I'm sure they will be happy to give you the name of the designer. You could also find a picture in one of the movie or TV magazines of the wedding in the episode and perhaps have a dressmaker make it for you.
