Dash lights are soldered in place on the board. If they are all out you may have a fuse out or the instrument cluster is gone.

Power light?. Tracker or Suzuki? There's a switch to change shift points,timing etc to make the car perform better. It's on the shifter base. Push it and the light will go out.
