No- Columbia Tri-Star no longer has the rights to Godzilla or any potential sequels, they were bought by Legendary Pictures with an American 'reboot' in progress. The preliminary artwork was released at Comic-Con 2010 which is truer to the original concept of what Godzilla is supposed to look like. Toho Studios, does have plans to release a 3D Godzilla film either this year or next.
