both cities sell ketchup and eat pies if they have at least 500,00 people in their town. which will make their families happy. armies and navies are very important to these 2 places. when many people eat their supplies they start to have problems with their customers like the way they get their pie is;

they steal all the pies from rome.

but rome did not find out this mischeif going on in the town.
