Open the drivers door and on the end of the door is an information sticker
The sticker will show the original tire size on the Explorer from the factory
My 1995 Ford Explorer XLT came with P235 / 75 / R15 all terrain tires
No it will not
The 4 door is 79.5 liters ( 21 U.S. gallons )
The 4 door is 79.5 liters ( 21 U.S. gallons )
the biggest rim that's still under Ford specs is 17". The Biggest? Well I have P275/55/20 on my 95 Ford Explorer which is the same as the 96. The 20" rims really makes my Explorer stand out in the crowd, but there is some rubbing on full turns, left and right. Try 1 size smaller and you should be good. Note: stock suspension
Normal tire size is P235/75R15
The tire size is usually 185/65/14.

My 1995 Ford Explorer XLT has 15" X 7.0 " - J rims with 235/75 R 15 all terrain tires ( original Ford aluminum alloy rims) on a 2000 limited the size is 30.1" X 10" or 255/70 R16 Alternate wheel is 16"x7" as on my 95 2Dr Sport. It came with 255/70R16 tires that are 29" OD - and room for a larger tire.
Both types of engines will fit into your 1995 Ford Explorer. The engines are basically the same size and share the same motor mounts.
ok
I don't think so , the 1995 Ford Explorer uses an electronically controlled transmission ( 4R55E I believe ) instead of the A4LD transmission that is in the 1994 Ford Explorer
