I'm not sure what you're getting at here to be honest. But I'll give it a shot. Worrying is pretty much pointless, it puts more effort into the problem than it's solution. At times worrying or thinking too much about something prevents what you want from happening. Strange but true. Try not to worry or think about something too much, it's stressful and a waste of time. Finding something to occupy your mind is one thing you can do, and try to let go. Hope you find the answers you're looking for :)
