No vicodin is not the same as tramadol, tramadol is a less powerful pain medication. It does not have as much of the narcotic in it as vicodin.

From my expirience yes but not in high doses(like over 100ml daily).It may cause serotonin effect.Also the best would be to skip lexapro that day if you not going to take tramadol on daily basis.
