I use triaminiclone cream on my face for eczema. i also have acne. while it definitely helps with the redness and puffiniess because it is a steroid cream i wouldn't say it helps with acne. it isn't going to correct the problem or prevent further breakouts but it will make the marks less unsighly.
It does exist as a lotion (more liquid than cream) and usually at a lesser strength, 0.1% or less.
It can be used to remove dark spots or scars left by acne, but it won't heal acne itself
There are many benefits of the Retinol face cream. The cream is loaded with vitamins and nutrients to moisturise the face. The cream also helps get rid of acne and helps clear pores.
To remove as well as try and prevent blackheads use Dr. Batra's Anti-Acne cream.
Bio-Oil cream exists to remove scars from acne, but they do not have any products that actually fight acne. You might consider buying Bio-Oil along with something else.

Yes or no?
Nystatin/triamcinolone is a steroid / antifungal combination. It would not be expected to have any beneficial effect on acne. If the pimple is with an area of fungal infection to be treated with the drug, it may be applied over the pimple without risk.
