Hi... I have managed/owned/ operated a automotive service/parts business for 25 years. I have serviced cars, trucks, tractors, snowmobiles ,motorcycles; I like anything with a motor on it. I know how frustrating car and truck problems can be; however, many vehicle problems only seem hard. A couple of tips when you are trying to repair a car are these: 1)You are always dollars ahead to purchase a auto repair manual like a HAYNES MANUAL
(about 18.00 at most auto stores) they are relatively complete and show many diagrams and tips for repairs. 2) When you are trying to locate a component on your vehicle ( like a turn signal flasher) and you don't know where it is on your car, go to your dealers parts department and ask them to price it for you ,and while it is on the screen ,have them print out the picture of it which will show you where it is in relation to other components. 3) You will always need basic tools; All electrical problems will require a 12 volt circuit tester (under $10.00) 4) Have confidence in yourself. No one can get the job done better than you if you try because you drive the car and know all its quirks! Good luck and God bless your efforts! Mark
