I'm Catherine (hence the name CatRox.....it's not because I like cats) and I live in Oxford, England. I never really know what to write on things like this, so I'll start with some random facts about me:

. I love languages. English is my first language, but I speak French and German as well. I did Spanish for a while but it didn't really work out :( Maybe one day I'll try learning it again......This summer I went to a Romanian speaking country and learnt some Romanian for that, which I plan to carry on with as I loved the language. It's surprisingly similar to French and German, and apparently Italian, although I wouldn't know because I've never done Italian. Before Romanian, I was working on Arabic and I've just started getting back into that, which I'm loving! Ultimately, I want to live in an Arabic speaking country

. In the future I want to foster children with severe learning difficulties. It is something that I have always wanted to do

. I can't sleep if my house is messy, therefore it's a wonder I ever sleep at all

. I love TV shows and get obsessed with a TV show. Last year I started watching NCIS and love it. At the moment I'm sad because it finished a couple of days ago for the summer. I hate it when they do that :( I also like Cold Case, and am pleased it got renewed last week. I really love murder programmes in general. Strangely, most of the shows I like are American, even though I live in England

. I can remember phone numbers and addresses just by looking at them

. Little things mean a lot to me

. I love quotes and have pages full of them written down
