I'm just your typical California girl who happens to love trivia! I find it to be a good way to get to know someone and it works well as an instant ice breaker with anyone!

I came across this site the other day while searching for such a simple answer. I still have not really found the answer, but I have found answers to things I never knew I wanted to know.

I feel I am lucky to have found many wonderful friends, and I lead what I would consider a pretty charmed life. I work very hard, so I can enjoy life on my down time. I am a career girl, so my world seems to be consumed with my clients during the week, and the joys of life anytime I can find it.

For work, I am a lender, which means I am the bank that funds the money for home loans. Even though you may own a home, you probably have never worked with me. You would have had a mortgage broker with whom you dealt with, and they would be my clients. I fund the money, and set the rules of the loan. So, with that being said... I can talk mortgages all day long (and I do). And now all night :)
