My name is Glendaleatty, and I am a law student (can't charge $400 an hour yet) and former Contributor and Category Supervisor on WikiAnswers. (Here on WikiAnswers, I learned a lot about people in authority in general, but I won't go into that here.) I just can't stand to see people taken advantage of by greedy government agencies and fraudulent businesses. This, combined with the fact that I have learned that my heart consists only of coal, requires me to become a lawyer--a member of America's most hated profession. When I'm not at school, reading new (or old) legal opinions, I'm likely walking my dog, presiding over food court, or engaging in one of the above mentioned hobbies.
My legal areas of interest are:
* adverse possession
* torts (especially premises liability)
* landlord-tenant
* foreclosure (do not confuse mortgages and deeds of trust)
* construction (or lack therof)
* issues with Big Brother, er, homeowners' associations
* purchase and sale of real estate
* consumer rights
* small claims
* mediation/ADR
