My field of interest and education is Information Technology. While I'm only 23, I have a solid decade of PC troubleshooting, from hands-on end user to over-the-phone. I've worked in every production environment currently implemented, including NT 4, Server 2000 and 2003, Netware versions 4-6, and various *nix flavors. My user support environments have ranged from one user to thousands spread across several states with all levels of PC knowledge and experience.
I currently work for a Fortune 50 company (and rated one of the top 100 workplaces, to boot!), and work as an Architecture specialist. I've got a myriad of MCSE and CompTIA certifications.
The questions you can ask that will most attract my attention include pointers on how to get hired, questions about computers or cutting-edge technological advancements, and various subjects in-between that strike me as interesting or unique. Questions like "How do I get a job", "What is a file", "How do I send an email" or other generic nonsense will only elicit a chuckle from me as I move on to the next question. Sorry, but you'll need to consult your documentation or provide me with a more defined question before I'll assist.
When I'm not working on some twisted network architecture scheme, I like spending time with my wife and cooking desserts. I'm a foreign-car aficionado and enjoy tinkering with my Honda on the weekends. I also love debating hot topics like politics, and lean to the right/conservative on most issues.
Thanks for stopping by! Hope I can help you out.
