Hi, I am kodiakcathy. I am a supervisor here on WikiAnswers. I am here to help people in any way that I can. I am now retired. I owned a daycare for children and enjoy the time I spend with our little people. I have lived a very exciting life with all kinds of occupations that I have had experiences with. I was a long haul truck driver when women in the field were basically unheard of. That was fun. I have been a chef for 8 years and on holidays, everyone in my family seems to end up at my house at dinner time to enjoy my cooking. I have a natural way with animals and have been in the animal care profession for 14 years of my life. I grew up working on cars, and enjoyed knowing how to fix them. I have owned a lot of animals over the years and not one was the same as the other. I am married to a very caring man for 27 years now and he helps me answer some questions on this site when I need it. I found time to have 3 children and all of them are grown and have their own children now. I have 6 grand daughters and 4 grandsons and 1 great grandson. I am a member of the Humane Society and I have helped them by fostering animals in my home until they can find homes of their own. I enjoy action movies, my favorite are trilogies, or ones that have ongoing sequels. I really enjoy this site because I know that it is used by all types of people around the world. It lets me feel connected to the people of other countries that I have never been to. So I say hello to all of you and I am glad to be of any help.
