I am currently a high school senior. I have been accepted to my first choice university, where I intend to major in Art History and minor in both Business and Studio Art. I want to go into museum work. Right now, I'm just trying to get through my senior year and earn some scholarship money.

I love all types of art including photography, painting, and sculpting. I find the history of art to be absolutely fascinating, especially American and European works from the 19th and 20th centuries.

I am always reading. My favorites are murder mysteries, art history texts, American History books, feminist lit, and contemporary news pieces. And I still love classic Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys books, which I both read and collect.

I have always been absolutely fascinated by the American Revolution and enjoy studying it in my personal time. My heroes include Benjamin Franklin and John & Abigail Adams.

I have completed five AP courses, with an exam average of 4.8 (on a 5-point scale). I took AP Human Geography freshman year, and AP World History as a sophomore. During my junior year, I took AP U.S. History and AP English Language & Composition, as well as AP Art History (as an independent study). (If anyone's curious, the 4 was in World.) This year, I'm in AP English Language & Composition, AP Spanish Language, and AP Studio Art.

This is my fourth year of Spanish, and I'm also taking my first year of French. I plan to continue studying these languages in college.

I am proud to say that I am supervisor of both the Benjamin Franklin category and the Teen Detectives category. Please note that questions about Nancy Drew computer games should be placed in the Computer Games category, rather than Teen Detectives.
