Hi there! Thanks for stopping by my page.

A little bio:

I've been married for 11 years to Jarbond77, who also supervises here. I have worked in medical and law enforcement, but opted to stay at home to homeschool my kids. Now, I still homeschool the kids, but do it while working at WikiAnswers. It is a great situation, and I am a very lucky person. I am a trivia addict. I love reading, history, painting, and Photo and Paint Shop. I grew up in a Tampa, but it is the country life for me now. I am crazy about animals and have a hard time turning one away.

I am into anime. Samurai Champloo, Cowboy Bebop, Naruto, Bleach, and Kyo Kara Maoh are a few of my favorites. When I get a chance between other stuff I am a bit of a gamer. I play Fable, Civilization, Sims, and the like. I'm a Castle Age junkie on Facebook. Besides football and some occasional news, I don't watch broadcast TV. I've probably sat down and watched two shows in the last five years. I just can't get into what is on anymore. Reality TV is not for me. Movies are a different story though. We watch tons of DVD's around here. I read anything I can get my hands on. I'm a Harry Potter fan. I'm also into Artemis Fowl, Bartimaeus, Percy Jackson, Children of the Red King, Septimus Heap, Otori, Wheel of Time, Mistborn, and some manga.
Music makes up for the lack of TV. I always have something playing on my computer or my mp3 player. I prefer the punk, metal, ska, alternative, and rock genres. I listen to a bit of everything though.

The Mentor Program:
If you are a new super, I really encourage you to join the mentor program. They will pair you up with a experienced super for you to go to with questions about tools or situations. It is a huge help. They also have a LIVE CHAT through AIM in case you ever need help quick and your mentoring partner isn't on right then.
I am also an adult adviser for a WikiAnswers program called WIT (WikiAnswers Influential Teens). If you are a teen member on Wiki and are interested in improving your contributions, working on projects for the site, or just helping other teens learn their way around Wiki, then drop me a line for more info!

THINK before you speak:
T - Is it TRUTHFUL? Before you say something, is it truthful? Is it the whole truth and nothing but the truth? Is it twisted a little bit? Is it in an attitude designed to make yourself look better? Is it the truth?
H - Is it HELPFUL? It is helpful, or is it going to do harm?
I - Is it INSPIRATIONAL? Is it going to build up or tear down? Is it going to give people hope, and encourage them to move forward in their life?
N - Is it NECESSARY? That is the thing of talking too much. Something aren't necessarily wrong to say. They just are not necessary.
K - Is it KIND?
