I am a member of Girl Scouts of the USA, with four years as a girl member and twelve years as a troop leader along with various other Girl Scout positions.

I have held many jobs, most of them working with children, such as a teacher, a home day care provider, substitute teacher, and residential staff at a residential school for special needs children. I also spent about two years working for the 2010 census - quite an interesting experience!

I enjoy volunteering, which was a large part of my Girl Scout experience. I volunteer for many organizations such as Special Olympics, Destination Imagination, and Lions/Lioness club.
