I am a Benedictine Oblate of Saint Vincent Archabbey, not clergy, but it was the nearest fit. I am a layman living in the world. I take care of the elderly, and do my prayers daily, attend Mass, and pray the rosary on a daily basis. I have some seminary education but did not complete it. I follow the Rule of Saint Benedict as the Archabbey defines it for Oblates and pray my Breviary daily. My Oblate name - the name I took when I took my promises as an Oblate is Pius, after Saint Pius X who was pope up until the start of World War I.
