I'm Joyce, and I'm still in high school!
I'm not a girly girl, but I do like some things that most girls like. For instance:
1) I love shopping. Adore it.
Which leads to...
2) I love fashion, and I love fashion designing. Any type of designing, actually (fashion, interior, graphic, etc). I really am aiming to be a fashion designer when I grow up though!
Another little something a lot of girls want to do?
3) Visit New York.
I don't just want to visit NY because "it's the city that party-s hard and never sleeps." NY is one of the fashion capitals of the world, and I really am yearning to be able to visit it one day. Hopefully I'll get accepted to go to an university there in the future, but then I'd have to take the SATs, because:
4) I live in Canada. (: Don't get me wrong, though, I really love it here. It's really pretty, the views are incredible, the air is delish, the education and people here are really awesome.
5) I love to dance and sing. Something that a lot of girls like to do, too. I also like to
6) Act. Why? Because:
7) I like being in the centre of attention, and having large crowds watching me (not because I'm doing something ridiculous or silly though, of course!). I don't think I'm self-centered or bossy, because:
8) Although my friends say I can be mean at times, they think I'm overall naturally nice, warm and funny. I try to help out everyone that I can, and when friends come crying I'm really sympathetic. Which, of course, leads to the fact that:
9) I can listen. Well, anyone who has ears can listen, but a lot choose not to, or pretend to listen but actually don't. When someone tries to tell me their problems I actually listen and try to help them out genuinely, not just fake it. And you know what?
10) I love reading. And...guess what?!
11) I also love writing! Perfect, I think, for my English vocab, since I write English books (novels), or, at least, I try to write novels! I'm currently working on one (sshh!!) and I'm very excited to see how that'll turn out! So, all you writers out there, maybe we can share ideas! I'd love to hear what you've written (: Oh, yeah, English..
12) I naturally speak English and Mandarin, but I'm in French Immersion at school so I get to practice French almost full-time (at school), and I'm also learning Spanish at school (as an elective) and I've learned Japanese before, too. Comment allez-vous? :P
