ANSWER NO. 2.

If it fits: Supposition of the goal of your school project is false. I am sorry.

Reasons:

1. " Buddha " as a god is a negation of the meaning of Buddha. So first, try to understand the definition of a Buddha from the view point of Buddhsim. It is not to be done from your view point.

2. Worship figure? I don't worship the Buddha. I do listen to his teachings. If you know ppl worshiping the Buddha, they are our friends who do projects as yours.

3. How Buddhism and Hinduism be a BOTH? Flute and burger can't be taken at a time my lovely friend. Neither I can become a good flutist nor enjoy the burger.

4. Buddhists don't live according to the Eight fold path. They live convinced by the Eight fold Path. This difference is serious if you wanted to project the project.

5. Goal of Buddhism is not heaven. Spritual union? With whom? Note it should not be the Buddha.

6. Existence of soul? The Buddha said, Buddha himself doesn't exist. To the best of my knowledge, buddhists don't study those text books.

I AM REALLY SORRY IF IT DOESN'T FIT TO YOUR OPINION.
