Volvo 240gle 1986 - 16a fuse on indicator circuit blows but that circuit is not the problem What else does that fuse serve - seat heater switches and what else Hazzards are OK always Cheers?

[Edit]

Tailgate wiring

Fuse 11 supplies three things: Overdrive relay, seat heaters, and rear window defogger. Common problem on a wagon are the wiring harnesses to the tailgate. I think the left one has the window defogger. The wires get frayed and short to ground. Look at the top of the tailgate hinges and see the wires. -Bob, 1986 Volvo 240DL wagon.
