Some say "No, he's not."

Reason: Because he denied it and it never was proven otherwise. Shouldn't he have been considered innocent until he was proven guilty? Just because a man does not marry does not make him gay. I think it's a major shame that after all of the joy that this man gave to this country that he was ridiculed by it as being gay with no proof. It appears to me that this good man's life was virtually ruined by the average person hearing, believing and spreading rumors.
Others say "Yes, he is."
Reason: It may be a "shame", but all BS aside, lets get real here: Has Jim ever been married? No. Most men marry at least once, (or 3 times) and if they don't, they've have at least a dozen girlfriends. Can you name ONE of his girlfriends? Uh, sorry, No.
