No, the Olsen twins had never been on Phil of the future ,the show at first was OK but it was always the same, a dad who was just to lazy to fix the time machine, a mom who tries way to hard to fit into society and a sister who seem to have Hitler's complex, so basically the only "normal" person in the family was the son (Phil) which caused the show to be canceled.
