It is not easy to make a pimple go away in a few hours. If it is a small one and you are lucky, it might. If it is not so small, you just have to follow some steps to help it go away.

• Don't put any make-up on it, unless you need to (if you are going to a party or something). It is better to keep make-up off it though.
• Keep oil off of the pimple and around it (and sweat)
• DO NOT SCRUB THE PIMPLE with anything, cleansers, water, soap, ect.
• Do not use all kinds of cleansers on it
• Put hydrogen peroxide with a Q-tip
• Pick one (it is not good to use tons of different types of cleansers) type of cleanser and use it as directed, by over-using it, it could possibly make it worse
• In the morning, afternoon, and evening put more peroxide on it and regularly clean oil and sweat off of it GENTLY
• Again, DO NOT SCRUB THE PIMPLE OR PUT ALL KINDS OF CLEANSERS ON IT!
• Let it go away naturally and DO NOT PICK IT, IT WILL TAKE A LOT LONGER TO HEAL AND LEAVE SCARS

It is not very likely for a pimple to go away in a few hours. If you follow these steps and tips and let it heal naturally, it should go away soon, (and if you are lucky, in a couple hours, possibly!).

I have good and bad news, I'll give you the bad first. Acne ("pimples") are caused when oil and sweat get trapped underneath pores, probably due to not washing your face adequately after sweating or exercise. The oils and sweat take a least two days to build up in your pores before the pimple is even visible. You cannot completely get rid of these pimples in less than an hour, because they have a whole day(s) worth of build-up. POPPING THESE WILL RESULT IN MORE PIMPLES, AND THEY WILL TAKE LONGER TO VANISH! So, now for the good news. How to make that stupid zit less noticable. The simplest and safest way to visibly reduce the size of your acne starts with washing your face (yes, you've heard it time and again, but it really gets all that excess dirt and grease out of your pores and/or hair follices). Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the infected area after thoroughly washing your face with soap or an acne cleanser (not a glob, this may irritate it, and do not rub the toothpaste in harshly, as you may accidentally pop a more delicate pimple and the oils inside it will touch other parts of you skin, possibly resulting in more pimples!!) and wash it off with hot water in 30 minutes. Your pimple should be much, much less noticable right now. Here is the magic moment where you really confuse your pimple, and it becomes less and less red and noticable: ice it. Put some ice in a plastic bag and hold it over the area where your pimple appeared. After just having rinsed it with hot water (opening the pores up) the cold air from the ice will instantly cool it down (closing the pores again). Once this happens, your pimple is no longer exposed to any other oils for possibly a whole two hours because you have heated and chilled the pimple so much in such a short amount of time. This is the furthest I can help you - time and patience are called for with any pimple, big or small.

^ Good answer. But those little small bumps that aren't really "pimples" can be removed well. All you need is a good anti-bacterial soap. I use "LifeBouy Toilet Soap" and already saw results in one night. But many people have different skin so try it with LifeBuoy first, if it doesn't work don't give up on looking for a good anti-bacterial soap. Once you find one before washing your face with it make sure you wet your face for 2 minutes with warm or hot water to "open up" your pores. Keep using the soap and you should see very good results. Also another way is the lemon & sugar scrub. I use brown sugar since white sugar is to "fine". But it'd be okay to use too. Every once a week wash your face with the scrub. There is no way to completely get rid of a pimple in a na hour, but there are things you can do to reduce its size and redness. one of the most effective things you can do is to simply put ice on it for a period. You can also try over the counter spot medicines. Putting crushed aspirin on it can also help.
