Well I am glad I found your question, and I hope it is still not too late for me to help. Being a Muslim doesn't mean you cannot love someone, or like someone and wish to marry them. People are wrong, conceded and misrepresent. There is indeed a wazifa that you can do. I will post it below.

After salat Isha recite this Wazeefa 500 times for 21 days keeping the intention in ones heart will inshalla enable one to get married at his/hers choice.
