Answer:
Haifa is on the mediteranian in Israel so the summer is hot (goes all the way up to 40c in the summer for a day or two) and mild in the winter (never sub-zero, some rain, snow once every 15-20 years).
but since it is at the sea it can get chilly but always happy :)
