The clapper is in a basement in the school. Go to the science lab and make a stink bomb with the chemicals there. You can make it by mixing blue and yellow until it becomes a disgusting sort of green. Then go outside into the hall and blow a bubble with your bubble gum. The ugly principal lady will get mad at you and take you to the detention center. Use the stink bomb and she'll leave the room. Go to the file cabinet and click on it. Go inside and look for the bell clapper.
