Fake ephedra is all over the place and it is labeled as Ephedra Extract. They do not have the active ingredient which is the ephedrine alkaloids. It is a new scam. Heat Ephedra is the closest to Stacker 2.
Nothing is physically stopping you from taking it, but if it is expired, I strongly suggest you do not take it, especially since it's a dietary supplement.

Stacker 2 is a fat burner that speeds up your metabolism. It is taken one pill after each meal to help burn fat. Stacker 2 is supposed to decrease your food cravings as well. It has side effects...
